Dr Luxur Return & Cancellation Policy

At DrLuxur, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take every step to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel or return an item. Our Return and Cancellation Policy has been crafted to offer clarity and convenience, while considering the logistics challenges associated with large and bulky products.

Order Cancellations

For Chairs - 

  • Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it directly through your account or by reaching out to us at info@drluxur.com. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • After Processing: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it becomes non-cancellable. Should you refuse delivery for any reason, please note that return shipping fees (₹800–₹2800, depending on weight and destination) will be deducted from your refund. 

Order Cancellations

For Keyboards - 

  • Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it directly through your account or by reaching out to us at info@drluxur.com. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • After Processing: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it becomes non-cancellable. Should you refuse delivery for any reason, please note that return shipping fees (₹200–₹500, depending on weight and destination) will be deducted from your refund. 

Product Returns

We offer a flexible return policy for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The item delivered is incorrect.
  • There are missing parts or accessories that were specified on the website.

Return Process:

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of the product’s delivery date. For damaged or incorrect items, we request that you submit a return request with clear photo or video evidence within 72 hours of receiving the product.   • Once your return request is approved, DrLuxur will arrange for the return shipping. Returns must be in their original, unassembled condition, and packed in the original packaging. If the packaging is unavailable, we can assist with repacking at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For eligible returns (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), return shipping costs will be covered by DrLuxur.
  • For non-eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed once the product is inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 4-7 business days post delivery for the product to be inspected. After the refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your original payment method.
